THE KODY NORRIS SHOW CLEANS UP AT SPBGMA

Band takes home SEVEN awards!

Charlottesville, VA (January 30, 2024)—Award-winning country & bluegrass group The Kody Norris Show won big at the 49th Annual SPBGMA Bluegrass Music Awards Show in Nashville, Tennessee over the weekend. The band captured seven of the eight categories they were nominated in taking home trophies for Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year (Rhinestone Revival), Song of the Year ("I Call Her Sunshine"), Instrumental Group of the Year, and Band (Overall) of the Year. In addition, Mary Rachel Nalley-Norris was named Fiddle Performer of the Year for a second straight year while Josiah Tyree was a first-time winner in the Banjo Performer of the Year category. This year’s awards were held on Saturday, January 27th, at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville.
